The Eye Flaxseed pillow can be used warm or cold. When heated, flaxseed pillows retain half their heat after an hour. These pillows can also be chilled in the freezer for 2 hours or more to sooth fevers or slight inflammations. When using it cold, store it in the freezer in a plastic baggie to keep it clean and fresh.
