The cover can be taken off and machine washed. The outer cover is not to be put in the microwave. The inner pillow is filled with flax seed and is made with cotton fabric & thread. The inner pillow can be heated up in the microwave to place on sore limbs or it can be placed in the freezer to use on any boo boos. The inner pillow should be spot cleaned only.
They measure approximately 9" x 8". These are the perfect size for a child.
